Kayleigh joined us from the social media management industry, bringing a diverse professional background. She previously worked as a nurse while travelling the world, gaining valuable experience. Now focused on financial advice, she is keen to develop her knowledge in the field. She is enthusiastic about supporting clients in achieving their financial goals. Sarah began her financial services career in 2011, gaining broad industry experience, most recently with NatWest. She has developed a strong client-focused approach, delivering clear and tailored advice. Now expanding into investments, she is building a more holistic financial planning skill set. While studying Economics, Finance and International Business, Esme joined ZRFS Ltd part-time, gaining valuable experience. She progressed onto the apprenticeship scheme, working towards becoming a qualified Financial Adviser. Esme is enthusiastic about completing her training and developing her career. She also oversees the firm’s IT systems, supporting day-to-day operations. Outside work, she enjoys travelling, culture, history, and going to the gym.
Jensen Reynolds

Jensen joined ZRFS Ltd in January 2026 after completing two years at college. He is training as a Mortgage Adviser through an apprenticeship while supporting the business. His role provides hands-on experience and a strong foundation in financial services. He is focused on developing his technical knowledge and client support skills. Outside work, he enjoys football and the gym and aims to become a qualified Mortgage Adviser.
